Vicki has worked many jobs but her experience is mostly in all departments of banks, law offices and a newspaper. She volunteered for many years at Georgetown Hospital where she ran the gift shop and at The Caring Place where she entered all the client files into a data base. She was asked to "volunteer" to be treasurer and bookkeeper for Grace Church in 1997. In 2000 she was hired as church secretary and treasurer and bookkeeper. In 2005 she became Parish Administrator. With all the growth and changes over the past 12 years her job is challenging yet satisfying. She became the webmaster this year and thoroughly enjoys that. She has one son who lives in Austin and four cats. In her spare time she enjoys working in her yard, watching movies and playing on the computer.

She graduated from Southwestern University with an accounting degree and began her career as a CPA in Houston, Texas. Kristy and her husband Todd moved to Georgetown in 1994. In May 2007, Kristy became the Director of Religious Education for the church after volunteering as a Sunday school teacher for several years. Music Director - Dr. Don McManusThis e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it Don is a native Texan from Yoakum. He was raised in the Southern Baptist Church but found his worship home in the Episcopal Church in 1980. Don holds Bachelor of Music and Master of Music degrees from Baylor University with a major in Organ Performance and Literature and additional emphases in Church Music and Music Theory. A Ph.D. was conferred by The University of Texas in 1986 where Don had majored in Music Theory. Don successfully passed national examinations to earn the professional degree of Associate of the American Guild of Organists (AAGO) in 1977, and was one of only seven in North America to become a Fellow of the America Guild of Organists in 1978. He has enjoyed a long affiliation with the AGO serving in capacities from Dean of several different local chapters to featured artist and workshop presenter for Guild regional conventions through election to the National Council representing the organists and church musicians of Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, New Mexico, and western Louisiana as Regional Councillor for AGO-Region VII. Don was equally involved with the Texas Society for Music Theory with service to the Executive Board as State Secretary and editor of the Society's Proceedings, 1987-2001. In 1986 he was appointed to the Diocesan Music Commission for the Episcopal Diocese of Texas and served that organization until 2005. Don is a member of numerous academic and professional music societies, has been listed in Who's Who of Texas, Who's Who Among America's Teachers, and most recently in the 2009/2010 Princeton Premier Honors Edition Registry. Don undertook piano study just a few weeks before turning 6 years of age. Organ study began at 9 and Don played for his first wedding at age 11. Since the age of 14 he has been in continuous service to the church as an organist and parochial musician, first playing in the Baptist Church of his youth and then during college years for United Methodist congregations in Waco and Austin. Upon moving to Lufkin in East Texas in 1980 to teach at Angelina College, Don also began a 25-year-long term of music ministry as Organist/Choirmaster of St. Cyprian's Episcopal Church. After leaving his teaching post as Assistant Professor of Music Theory at Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches Don returned to Central Texas and Georgetown, in the fall of 2005 ostensibly for retirement. But after moving in on a Friday the phone rang the following Monday with a query from the Rector of St. Alban's Episcopal Church in Austin as to whether Don might consider service to the parish as Organist and Music Director. This he did through January 2008 at which time he moved to the northeast in obedience to a call to service as Bicentennial Director of Music Ministries for The Fifth Avenue Presbyterian Church in the City of New York. Having seen FAPC through its historic year of celebration and festivities Don returned to his beloved Texas this past February. He is the proud father of three sons: Todd, Jordan and Patrick (deceased). Todd is married to beautiful Brianne Faith Phillips and the couple resides in College Station where this December Todd will complete a Master's degree in the College of Business at Texas A&M. He concurrently owns and operates a Farmers' Insurance Agency. Jordan graduated from technical college with programs in automotive and diesel mechanics and works in the international airline industry in Houston. Don and his domestic partner Dennis are contented residents of Serenada Country Estates where their two spoiled Basenji rescue dogs, Max and Red, provide not even a hint of home security for their residence. Associate Music Director - Ricky Jones Ricky is one of Grace's newest staff members, but is no stranger to his ministry of music. He began playing keyboards professionally at Trinity Episcopal Church in The Woodlands, TX at the age of fourteen. While in college at the University of Texas San Antonio, he was the keyboardist for a Church of God in Christ parish that provided a valuable education in gospel music. In addition to praise music, he also has a passion for the secular, including classic rock and blues. A consummate guitarist, he is currently producing recordings of his original work and the work of others. Ricky received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree cum laude from the University of Texas in San Antonio in 2009. You may also see him these days supporting his musical pursuits with work at Amante's Restaurant on the Square. Ricky and Maggi were married in April. Born in California, raised in small town Iowa, daughter of a junk dealer turned math teacher and a bus driver turned school psychologist, wife for 46 years of a coach turned insurance/real estate agent, Sandra can appreciate the phrase, "I wasn't born in Texas, but I got here as soon as I could." As soon as she could was four years ago, after a varied career including teaching middle school and high school English, owning her own tax and accounting business, and working for the USPS for 27 years as a clerk and later postmaster in two different communities. Sandra and her husband Clyde have two daughters, one in Pennsylvania and one in Missouri, two terrific sons-in-law, and four even more terrific granddaughters whom they don't get to see often enough. In her spare time she likes to read, do crossword puzzles, spend too much time on the computer, garden, golf; and she never misses a single episode of Jeopardy!" Since February of '07 she has been the bookkeeper at Grace Church and thoroughly enjoys both the challenges of the job and the many acquaintances she has made because of her association with Grace, especially her co-workers.
